Legal, refund, sale, transport, and verification rules
Terms of Service
All purchases, transport bookings, messages, payments, seller uploads, and driver quotes must happen inside PetRelay Market. Users may not post phone numbers, addresses, social handles, outside payment links, or instructions to bypass the platform.
Privacy Policy
PetRelay stores profile details, listing details, transaction records, Stripe connected account IDs, notification phone numbers, and uploaded media references. Payment card data is collected by Stripe, not stored by this app.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested in-app. Pet purchase refunds depend on seller review, health documentation, fraud review, and applicable animal sale laws. Transport refunds depend on cancellation timing, pickup status, and driver expenses already incurred.
Pet Sale Rules
Sellers must disclose breed, age, color, registry status, health testing, pickup location, delivery destination, price, and accurate photos or videos. Misleading registry claims, hidden health issues, unsafe sales, and external contact attempts can remove the listing.
Transport Rules
Transporters must quote from the listed pickup and delivery locations, provide safe vehicle conditions, protect the animal during transit, communicate through the app, and follow all applicable animal transport, state, and federal requirements.
Verification Process
Sellers and transporters must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, provide identity details, and submit review documents when requested. Sellers may need registry proof, health records, and photo/video proof. Transporters may need license, insurance, route, vehicle, and animal handling verification.
